What we collect

To fulfil an order: your name, email, phone (optional) and state (for tax purposes only). For a free download: name and email. Payment itself is handled by your own UPI app — we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login. We keep a record of the UPI transaction reference (UTR) you submit, to match it against the payment.

How it's used

Solely to process your order, deliver your file, generate your invoice (where applicable), and answer support questions. We do not sell or share your data with anyone outside this store. If you leave your email for a free download, we may occasionally message you about new packs — no spam, unsubscribe any time via rahuldeep.tech@zohomail.in.

Downloads

Your download link works for 72 hours from when the order is confirmed, up to 5 downloads. If it expires before you've downloaded your file, contact rahuldeep.tech@zohomail.in with your order number and we'll issue a fresh one at no charge.

Refunds

These are digital products delivered instantly on confirmation — once a file has been downloaded, we can't offer a refund for change of mind. If the file is genuinely broken, missing, or not what was described, contact rahuldeep.tech@zohomail.in with your order number within 7 days and we'll either fix it or refund you in full. Free items (₹0) are not refundable, there being nothing paid.

Data retention & deletion

Order and lead records are kept for accounting/tax purposes. To request deletion of your personal data (where we're not legally required to keep it, e.g. issued invoices), email or message rahuldeep.tech@zohomail.in and we'll action it within a reasonable time.
